Cost of design for a website using a Microsoft Frontpage 2002 program generated theme of your choice and not exceeding five(5) pages....$350.00 (additional pages are $45.00 per page)

Cost of design for a website manually constructed from scratch, and not exceeding five(5) pages.....$450.00 (additional pages are $75.00 per page)

 In all cases, it will be necessary for the customer to provide some written matter to guide the direction of the content of the website, such as goals and objectives.  The customer should indicate to the designer what approach (i.e., humorous/ serious/etc.) he  wishes his website to convey; the customer should indicate whether he wants photographs/graphics/animation included in his website.  Photographs can be provided by the designer; however, if the customer wishes to use his own photos, their resolution must be 640 x 480 pixels minimum.  If  the customer requires the designer to travel outside of Weaverville, CA in order to take photographs, travel expenses will be charged in addition to the basic design charge.  If graphics such as photographs are provided by the customer, they must be in jpeg format on a floppy disk, CD or 100 meg Zip cartridge.  If animation is desired, the customer should be very specific with the designer as to what he desires.

Upon completion of the design project, the website will be uploaded to the customer's server using their URL or the customer's private domain at no additional cost.  Cost for the hosting of the site by the server and cost of registering a private domain is the responsibility of the customer.

Payment for  consultation and preliminary design of the website is $100.00 in advance.

Upon completion of the design and uploading, the balance owed is due.  Project is only considered complete when all features are considered to be functioning normally on the Internet.

Cost for periodic maintenance of the website is negotiable.
