Various options for the design appearance of the web site are available.  By using a web editor such as Microsoft Frontpage 2002, which is what has been used to prepare this site, a variety of themes are built into the program which can be used without or with modification.  There are more than 50 of these  professionally designed themes to choose from.  The other approach is to design the web site completely from scratch to capture the uniqueness of the subject matter to be displayed. This latter approach obviously will take considerably more time and effort. (and more cost) Several of each of these approaches is displayed by looking at the existing web sites that can be opened by use of the links on the last page of this site. Either Internet Explorer or Netscape can be used to view these sites, although Internet Explorer will do better with animated text or graphics.
